Amber did a fantastic job with our goldendoodle, Gracie. She really took the time to listen to our requests and to make sure our girl was comfortable. (At one point, Amber paused drying near her head because she could tell Gracie was nervous.) The result was a happy, sweet-smelling pup with a fantastic cut! We’ve found our groomer! This was our first visit, as we wanted to re-establish with Dr. McCallion, and everything about it was what I hoped it would be. Everyone was so welcoming! We have a large breed dog with big feelings about being at the vet and all of the staff were just amazing with her, taking the time to make her feel more comfortable during her visit. Dr. McCallion was patient as always, both with my questions, and moving at a pace that was comfortable for our dog. We may have options closer to home, but it's absolutely worth it to us to drive a little further to receive such great care.

Having recently moved to the area, we were looking for a new groomer as well as vet - this place has delivered on both fronts! We originally took Finnegan, our Goldendoodle, for a grooming appointment with Amber. Finn can be a bit of a nervous guy, especially when it comes to getting a haircut, but Amber was beyond fantastic with him. She took the time to not only chat with me about his cut, but went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable with her. And his cut came out great, to boot! While getting groomed, he also received a new patient exam - something they asked if I wanted - and Dr. Mike called me after to chat with me about a concern I had a spot on Finn’s chest. I appreciated his thoughtful approach and advice, taking the time to answer myriad of questions. If that positive experience wasn’t enough, not a week later, we were unexpectedly back in their office after our poor pup was bitten at doggie daycare (PetSuites Naperville - don’t get me started…) Having not found the bites until late at night, we were able to get Finn in first thing in the morning to see Dr. Bre and Mackenzie. Both were wonderfully helpful and kind to our poor guy who was pretty shaken up. Dr. Bre also took the time to chat with me, answer my questions and make sure Finn received the proper care and follow up. In both visits, they also followed up with a text the next day to see how Finnegan was doing. TLDR: this place is great for both grooming and veterinary care and I’m grateful we found them!

I came to establish care for my dog, Doug, and from the moment I walked in, I was very impressed. The clinic was spotless and staff was quick to greet and help us. Doug saw Dr. McCallion, but I met Dr. Bre, too, and they both left me feeling confident that Doug’s health is in good hands. They welcomed my endless questions and made me feel like Doug was the only patient on their schedule. The results of his lab work were efficiently communicated to me within 2 days of his visit and I’ve been receiving helpful updates/reminders for his upcoming appointment/vaccines since. Booked an appointment with Amber for grooming, I have a schnauzer/poodle mix & am a first time owner of this breed. Amber went above and beyond to give me tips on how I can better take care of my puppies hair type & gave her an amazing cut despite having slight matting when I brought her in. My puppy is usually scared of vets & truly didn’t want to leave when I picked her up.

Maribel at the front desk was so kind from the moment we walked in to even following up the next day. They treat your pet like their own here upon first visit. I will be continuing to use them not only for grooming but switching vets because of my first experience here.

We had an excellent experience bringing our two golden retrievers to Radiant Veterinary for their annual exams and vaccines! From booking the exam (thank you Ren & Jace!) to the visit itself, we felt remembered and everyone was incredibly kind. We saw Dr. Mike who got on the floor with our goldens and loved on them as we discussed their various health concerns now that they’re approaching 5 and 6 years old. I didn’t catch her name, but I got a sweet photograph of the tech with one of our dogs getting her vaccines. The grooming was the best he’s ever had. I didn’t know his tail could look and feel so soft! The vet team is equally thoughtful and doesn't make the visit feel like a transaction. They genuinely care about the animals and the owners. So glad we found a place we can stick with long-term.

Brought my cat Fireball here after a previous bad experience at another clinic, and the difference was night and day. From the moment we arrived, the staff clearly understood how to work with cats. We were taken directly into a private exam room, so there was no stressful waiting around other animals. The team was incredibly patient and gentle — they let my cat come out and explore on his own instead of forcing him out of the carrier, and adjusted everything based on his comfort level. What impressed me most was their attention to minimizing stress. During the exam, they stayed calm and responsive to his reactions (even skipping non-essential steps when he showed discomfort). For vaccinations, they thoughtfully separated the process so my cat wouldn’t associate me with the negative part of the experience. As a result, my cat stayed curious and relaxed the entire visit, which I honestly didn’t think was possible at a vet clinic. He came home and just calmly rested instead of being anxious or distressed. You can tell this team truly understands feline behavior and prioritizes the animal’s well-being, not just getting through the procedure.

I booked a last minute appointment online after my dog came into contact with a raccoon that may have had distemper, and they reached out right away to get me in as soon as possible. The team was not only kind and understanding, but also incredibly informative, they took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident about my dog’s care. It is so clean and elegant. The staff is amazingly friendly. My dog needed an emergency surgery not only were they affordable, but they kept me updated the whole time he was there and even Text me day-to-day asking how my dog is doing. They sat me down and went over all the pricing all the aftercare even saved the piece that was lodged in my pet so I could see what he swallowed. They are genuine and they care a lot about these animals. I went in for an emergency surgery and found myself a new vet clinic that I will always take my animals to now.
